THe Camp K-9 Team
Camp K-9 Manager
Hi my name is Liz, I'm a very driven person when I'm doing something I love. There is a different companionship, and bond between me and the animals that I have met and worked with. I've always had a passion and motivation to work with animals. As a whole my goal is to be able to assist people and owners on how to work with their animals and create the bond that they give us! I studied Animal Psychology to have a deeper understanding of what makes them; them. It has helped me grow and learn how to adapt my personality and helped me to be able to understand what each and every animal needs. I am certified in Animal care, Animal First Aid and Animal CPR. and I have my hands full at home with my pack! I have three dogs Merlin (Pembroke Corgi) Stella (Hound Mix) and Luna (Staffordshire Terrier Mix), one Ferret Bandit, two Dwarf Bunnies Hank and Oreo, two cats (Mother and Son) Zoey and Marley, and one Fancy Rat Athelstan. I also love doing a few other things besides working with animals such as, baking homemade cupcakes, cookies, and dog biscuits! I enjoy going thrift shopping and dyeing my hair funky colors!

My name is Kayla, I got my start really working with dogs at the local animal shelter here in Westfield. This is where I fell in love with the idea of really getting to know a dog on a personal level. I have spent time with local trainers learning basics on dog training which I have applied to my job here at Camp K-9. I am certified in Animal care, Animal First Aid and Animal CPR. Outside of spending time with my favorite dogs at Camp K-9 I rescue and foster cats and kittens. I own two cats Buffy and Clyde along with a few others who have become permanent fosters in my home. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games and spending time with my cats and family on my days off. My goal is to grow as a dog behaviorist and with the hopes to someday become a certified dog trainer.
Hi my name is Sean, I have an energetic black lab puppy at home named Willow and I have my bachelors degree in environmental science. Someday I hope to continue on to achieve my masters. In addition to working at Camp K-9, I volunteer at the local animal shelter here in Westfield. In my spare time I love being outdoors hiking and exploring, or playing music with friends.

Working with such amazing animals and people has opened my eyes to a whole new field that I could see myself finding true happiness in. I have many dreams for myself, but the best would be to make a career out of my love for animals.
Hi my name is Rosie and I am a Camp Counselor here at Camp K-9! I am a graduate of Smith Vocational and Agriculture High School in Northampton where I studied Animal Science. I was apart of the FFA and I competed in competitions with other high school students from Massachusetts. I won medals and earned certificates in Dairy Handling and Farm Business Management. After I graduated I attended HCC to presume my Animal Science education, so that I can become a Vet Tech. In my previous employment prior to working at Camp K-9 I have worked on a Dairy Farm and Dog Day Care & Kennel out in Connecticut. When I am not at work I love to play with my dog Beau who is just 1 years old, he is a dachshund and mini pin mix. He also attends Camp K-9 and plays with many of your dogs. In my spare time I love to go to the movies and go kayaking.
