I am excited to be sharing with you some great additions and options with our new online portal! We will be releasing new things little by little over the course of the next two weeks. At this moment we are live and rolling with the program, all of your appointments and existing packages have all been moved over and we hope that you love the new program as much as we are! All of you have been so great as we have transitioned over! We are in the process of now training more staff up front with it, so please be patient if checkout or in takes an extra minute so that we can be sure we are all good on our end!
Now that we have transitioned there are some new changes and updates too - so please be sure you read the below to stay informed and up to date!
Our preferred method of scheduling is through the online portal under the Reservations tab. We can manage this from anywhere and more staff are able to assist. We ask that you please use this option as much as possible.
For fast and reliable communication with our team, please use the Messages section within Paw Partner, this is the quickest way to reach us as it's monitored 24/7. Everything you need is all in one place including contacting us, vs sending us a separate email.
As of May 1st: All Sleepover reservations require a deposit of one night's stay vs the flat $61 and a credit card on file is required for all boarding clients
Having an emergency contact on file is a non-negotiable - boarding families it needs to be a person who is over 18 and is not with you on your travels.
This new system comes packed with features to make managing your pup’s care easier, quicker, and more convenient than ever. We know it’s a lot of exciting changes, so we’ll be rolling out helpful tips bit by bit — but here are some brand-new tools you’ll be using often:
Book Your Dog’s Birthday Pawty Online! No more emails needed — now you can book your dog’s special day yourself in just a few clicks! Here’s how: 1. Log into Paw Partner 2. Find your dog's reservation (or make one for their birthday!) 3. Click the three little lines next to your dog’s name 4. Select Modify Reservation 5. Click Add a Service 6. Scroll down and choose Birthday Party 7. Hit Save — and your pup’s birthday party is booked! Then, go to Purchases > Party Package and complete your purchase.
Manage Your Reservations Anytime Book Daycare or Sleepovers right from the app or website
🐾You can now even Cancel Daycamp up to 48 hours in advance. You can now Cancel a Sleepover right from your account too!
(Note: cancellation fees apply for Day Camp cancelling the day off will result in a full days fee or a package day removed per our attendance policy. Sleepover charges apply if canceling within 30 days per our attendance policy)
Add On Grooming or Pampering Services Click the three little lines next to your dog’s name, Hit Modify Reservation Select Add Services Choose from options like nail trim, bath, teeth brushing, or ear cleaning Follow the prompts, select a pickup time, and hit Save
🐶You can modify your current appointments by always clicking the three little lines next to your dog's name. This is the preferred method vs going in and creating a separate reservation for say, Pampering services. All modifications however need to be prior to 48 hours, closer to your appointment you would need to create a separate appointment.
😀We will be strongly encouraging all of our clients to use the online portal thru the website and or the app as we transition and evolve further as a company this will helps us soo much, and will allow more of our team to assist you as we continue making some fun internal changes! Thank you for being part of the Camp K-9 family!🛑**Dogs that are exhibiting any symptoms of being ill which include, but are not limited to Conjunctivitis, Kennel Cough, Diarrhea are not welcome at Camp, as these can pose a risk to other dogs. If your dog is currently being treated for any illness that is considered contagious, we ask that you call us and keep them home. If your dog is experiencing goupy eyes, coughing/hacking of any kind, bowl issues or sneezing and they are not being treated we ask that you call us, and please again keep them at home to not risk spreading any illnesses that could spread to other dogs.
*Please remember all vaccines need to be up to date, we encourage you to review our policies on vaccinations or to reach out to our team with any questions. Dogs with expired vaccines will not be allowed to utilize our facility for any service.

Monday Madness Flash Sales
This is a sale that pops up on a random Monday on our social media and will showcase a promotion. Each sale will be something different and will be just one Monday every now and then throughout the year, at random. I am sharing the first date so be sure to mark your calendars!
The promotion will run from 7am-1pm and then will be Sold Out. Don't miss these fun Promos! This type of sale is known as a Flash Sale, it is meant to have no notice, and just pop up, so if you see it great!! There will in most cases potentially be a hint the day or two before, on social media, but these promotions are meant to pop up as a surprise, even my staff doesn't know when they are!
*To take advantage of the promotion, you must log in to your online portal to purchase the Monday Madness Promotion. Each Promotion will have a set of directions on where to find it on the portal. In most cases you will be going to the "purchase a package section" they must all be paid for in advance thru this site. Package days of any kind or previous credits may not be applied to any of the Fun Friday Flash Sale promotions.
