Your on the portal, so now what?
You can make a Reservation, Payment, buy a package for Day Camp or a Sleepover, add on to your already scheduled day and even cancel your appointments if need all in one place!
On the home page of the APP or the website all of these things are available to do!

We’re Live with Our New PAW Partner Portal! We hope you're just as excited as we are to start using our new online portal through Paw Partner! This new system comes packed with features to make managing your pup’s care easier, quicker, and more convenient than ever.
--- Our preferred method of scheduling is through the online portal under the Reservations tab.
--- For fast and reliable communication with our team, please use the Messages section within Paw Partner — this is the quickest way to reach us as it's monitored 24/7.
--- All boarding reservations require a deposit of one night's stay and a credit card on file is required for all boarding clients
--- Book Your Dog’s Birthday Pawty Online! No more emails needed — now you can book your dog’s special day yourself in just a few clicks! Here’s how: 1. Log into Paw Partner 2. Find your dog's reservation (or make one for their birthday!) 3. Click the three little lines next to your dog’s name 4. Select Modify Reservation 5. Click Add a Service 6. Scroll down and choose Birthday Party 7. Hit Save — and your pup’s birthday party is booked! Then, go to Purchases > Party Package and complete your purchase.
--- Manage Your Reservations Anytime Book daycare or boarding right from the app or website Cancel daycare up to 48 hours in advance Cancel boarding right from your account (Note: cancellation fees apply if within 30 days)

Sick dogs are not allowed
at Camp K-9
**Dogs that are exhibiting any symptoms of being ill which include, but are not limited to Conjunctivitis, Kennel Cough, Diarrhea are not welcome at Camp, as these can pose a risk to other dogs. If your dog is currently being treated for any illness that is considered contagious, we ask that you call us and keep them home. If your dog is experiencing goupy eyes, coughing/hacking of any kind, bowl issues or sneezing and they are not being treated we ask that you call us, and please again keep them at home to not risk spreading any illnesses that could spread to other dogs.
*Please remember all vaccines need to be up to date, we encourage you to review our policies on vaccinations or to reach out to our team with any questions. Dogs with expired vaccines will not be allowed to utilize our facility for any service.
